She is extremely customer focused and strives to balance the interests of both the business and customers alike. The maintenance team is awesome and the response time to maintenance issues great.

May 6, 2026 at 8:04 pmRUN! The garages share a wall with the bedrooms. This wasn’t an issue until they moved someone in with a modified engine/exhaust. Every night, multiple times during the night, I’m rudely and abruptly awakened by the revving engine and his engine starting. I’ve complained several times since SEPTEMBER we are currently in DECEMBER!!!! He has admitted to management that his vehicle is loud and modified and there are 2 Florida Statutes regarding loud exhausts, but their solution is to inconvenience me and make me move to another unit without paying any moving fees, or addressing the root issue. The staff does not care because its not them going through this every night. It literally sounds like a jet engine in the dead silence of night. Every time I fall back asleep he’s back again waking me up. I ant sleep in weekends and I can’t get rest on worknights in the apartment I pay for.
