May 3, 2026 at 12:35 pmI had been here for just under a year and renewed my lease, I love this area and they are by far the cheapest without compromising on quality. I was at a different complex in the area and Allura is night and day. Every issue I’ve had has been addressed, the people in the leasing office are great, the pool is fantastic in summer and just the overall feel of the community. I take my dog on a walk every day to and from the dog park and it’s just nice and quiet. I see the workers all the time and they are not only nice but busy maintaining things around. Couldn’t be happier to be here.

She was the utmost professional and provided all I asked and more. She was super responsive and kind. By far the best agent I have worked with. Give her a raise because she goes above and beyond to communicate and provide top class service

So my husband and I have been here for close to a year and a half.. and while we were initial 5 star reviews to start out..
the level of disappointment has piled up since we resigned for our second year.
It once was a feeling of tentativeness and care from management about our experience and if we were truly loving our stay at Allura, checking in and quickly responding to raised concerns/reaching out/responding to emails..
has now become ignored emails, someone trying to steal things out of my accidentally unlocked car in the garage (front office said they didn’t see anything on cameras.. only to see that other reviews say the cameras don’t even work 😳), a broken dishwasher service request that went two weeks before getting fixed (which was due to them solidifying the maintenance to fixing a lot of broken a/c units on the roof in 100 degree heat rather than bringing in additional help), health concerns for my husband because of marijuana smoking neighbors with odors pouring into our apartment (to which he spent over an hour at the pool outside to flee the odors – thankfully we rarely smell/deal with it anymore) and many notices to the front office with disturbances from unruly neighbors that have gone unchecked.
We feel the management has gone from the residents being priority to filling spaces/income from renting apartments to its #1 priority.
The level of stress the apartments have become for our husky has become disappointing as well.
She used to be a happier, more vibrant and bouncing dog.. is now shying at the sounds we continuously hear from the unruly neighbors (that have never been addressed) and is having to be sedated at night so she sleeps better.
We miss the old you Allura. 💔

This is a very much belated and necessary review for the stellar customer service and home-like-feel my fiancé and I have received from Allura.
What an incredible staff who has gone above and beyond to make sure we felt completely at home: from the first day back we walked through the front doors back in Nov 2023 to our official first day receiving our apartment keys in April 2024.
And a special shout to our girl, Marissa, at the front desk who has been there since day one for us.
Thank you Allura for welcoming us with open arms and becoming our first home together as a couple.
Thank you for being on hand to respond any questions we have, checking to make sure our move has been comfortable and ready to fix any concerns we have.
