May 7, 2026 at 11:45 amIf you are denied and you paid a deposit. They will try to gaslight you into believing you cant get your money back. Which is 100% not true in accordance to Texas laws and even in THEIR OWN APPLICATION/CONTRACT. Please read the fine print and get the money you’re owed! Below I have attached photos from their application that state you are in fact ENTITLED TO A REFUND FOR THE DEPOSIT.

May 7, 2026 at 11:45 amI strongly recommend not living here.
Within two weeks of moving in, my car was stolen from the property. A few months later, a neighbor’s apartment was broken into, and another neighbor had their car stolen as well. Safety was a constant concern during my time living here.
During the entire summer of 2024, all four pools were closed, which was extremely frustrating, especially considering the cost of rent and advertised amenities.
Vehicle towing is another major issue. Cars are towed even when properly registered, and retrieving them from the city impound costs $300+. When I went to the office about my car being towed again despite being registered, I was told it wasn’t their problem.
While I was fortunate not to have the roach issues many residents report, the condition of my unit was still unacceptable. On move-in day, the front closet carpet was soaked in urine, as if a pet had been locked inside. Maintenance did replace the carpet in that small closet, but the rest of the apartment carpet felt like sharp tacks or staples were sticking up, making it painful to walk barefoot. Additionally, the back door never closed properly, which added to the safety concerns.
Between the crime, poor maintenance, closed amenities, towing practices, and dismissive office staff, this was not a positive living experience. I do not recommend living here.

May 7, 2026 at 11:45 amI first want to say, my experience with the office and maintenance staff was decent.
The main issue with this complex is the extremely high rate of crime. I am not over-exaggerating. It would be more efficient to list out the amount of crime we were victims of or witnessed in just fourteen months of living here. So here it goes:
* Our neighbor’s truck had the tires stolen overnight and was left on cinder blocks (pictured attached).
* I woke up one morning for work to find a bullet hole in my car. It was parked right in front of my unit (pictured attached).
* Our neighbor’s car had the catalytic converter chopped out overnight.
* Our neighbor’s Kia was attempted to be stolen overnight. They couldn’t successfully hotwire the car, so they just butchered the electronics and left it that way.
* My husband’s truck had the window shot out for no apparent reason. There were teenagers on drugs walking throughout the complex and shooting cars with BB guns (picture attached).
* There were countless times you’d casually see somebody hotboxing their car, smoking weed, and drinking at the pool, or hear neighbors having domestic disputes that got so out of hand the cops had to arrive to de-escalate.
There were other annoyances such as high electricity bills, a roach infestation, a dirty apartment at move-in, and constant times the trash was not picked up—even though you are required to use the trash valet service.
But BY FAR, the crime is the worst and most dangerous aspect of living at this complex. We often met with the NRH police to file reports or give statements on what we witnessed. In talking with one of the officers, we asked if this is truly an unsafe area. The officer laughed and said we didn’t even know the half of it. Very dangerous place to live. We are very lucky to have come out with only a couple thousand in property damage compared to some of our neighbors.
I really hope things turn around for this complex.

May 7, 2026 at 11:45 amThe people currently working in the office are really nice and will help within the rules set by the company that owns the property. However the rules set by the company that owns the property are made to only benefit them and not help the residents at all. I asked if we could transfer to a cheaper unit or match the current cheaper price for our floor plan and we were told no and it would be declined. Well the lady said “you could try but I’ve never seen it get approved unless you were moving up to a bigger unit and it’s a $300 deposit” She told me all I needed to know. She wants to help but the company is too greedy to allow it.
