I particularly appreciate the professional and friendly management team. The fitness area is a big bonus. Recently, new carpets and weatherstripping renovations have been lovely. You may move in at a good rate, but expect to see rental increases every year in the 7%+ range. The facilities are genuinely nice. The fitness center, in particular, is newly redone and feels fantastic. Unfortunately the office isn’t always responsive when I ask questions, which seems to be a thing other tenants have experienced as well. It seems to be due to the time it takes to hear back from corporate.

April 27, 2026 at 11:24 pmStaff are friendly and truly helpful with issues (key fobs, air conditioning, mail, etc). They can be understaffed due to Covid which I encourage to give them grace as they truly wish to take care of issues in a timely manner. Overall comfortable housing. Walking distance to several restaurants or grocery store. Less busy location just outside of Seattle and can easily get downtown within minutes via bus, car, etc.

April 27, 2026 at 11:24 pmThe new manager Lisza Darling is very unprofessional. Things have been going downhill even more since she arrived in July. She doesnt call vendors for emergency leaks on time but likes to take her sweet time and instead calls out a professional a week later because they’re “too expensive ” over the weekend. Meanwhile the mold from the water leak accumulates.
