    Great location + great amenities.

Hayes valley is great, and begins just one block west. The civic center BART is really close too, and the walk there via city hall is reasonably pleasant.
Dont head east though: market street isn’t great.

The gym is pretty good for a building gym, but ofc not as great as a standalone one. We’ve really liked the pickleball/basketball court though: it’s a super unique amenity, and we’ve played way more than we would if we lived elsewhere.
The roofs are great for barbecuing + have a phenomenal view.

I have been a resident at 150 van ness for the past 3 years and I can confidently say that it is by far the best apartment building I have ever lived in.
The apartment itself is modern and spacious. The building also features wonderful amenities including a fitness center, a rooftop with stunning views, and cozy communal spaces.
Furthermore, the harmonious community that is fostered here is truly heart-warming. The building’s management frequently organizes social events allowing the residents to participate and food trucks regularly park outside the building for added convenience.
What truly sets this building apart is the exceptional staff – always professional, readily available, and proactive in ensuring any concerns are promptly addressed. One time a carrier misplaced my package which contains very important documents and the staff made every effort to help me retrieve it and make sure I received it safely, which I greatly appreciated.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone searching for a comfortable, safe, and convenient living space in the city.

I enjoyed living at 150 Van Ness. I called it home for the past 2 years. The location is awesome, close to Hayes Valley and within walking distance to BART and the metro. My packages were never lost. The block cleaned daily, which is much appreciated given the conditions in San Francisco. The front desk, community manager, cleaning staff, and property manager (Cris, Burt, Noah, Ana, Michelle, John) are outstanding. My favorite thing is the beautiful rooftop that looks over SF City Hall. There’s no other place like this in San Francisco for what it offers.

Terrible place to live its one bedrooms are small and overpriced youll never get you ameneties worth. The staff has only 2 member who treated me with respect 2 leasing agents the rest including the leasing agent front desk staff and even community managers treated me as a bother ignored my emails and maintenance requests for months and gave me nasty looks upon seeing me im a Nigerian American young adult under 25 so there was both agism and racism I experienced all that while paying ov 3000/ months. They eventually let me out of my lease to avoid legal issues due to all the mistreatment I reciprocated while living there. The one action I most appreciated. I’ve still got all the emails and invoices so if you’re wanting to live there search carefully and make sure they double confirm every detail especially because the wifi they offered with move in didnt start working until my second month and then had issues the next month leaving me without connection alone on my first Christmas in the city. Oh and my bedroom door handle was off the majority of my six month stay when i did the video tour it looked fire upon moving in i grabbed it and it immediately fell off, and tho I requested it be repaired when i moved in it was only finally repaired at the end of week five by then I’d already decided to move.
