Wish I was able to put 0 stars!
    This place is a scam
When we first signed the papers we were told our deposit was going to be $350.00, went back the next day to give them the cash and was then told our deposit was changed to $750.00. The reason why they changed the deposit was because we needed a co signer. We asked why and they didn’t have a reason why they did that.
8 months of living there,8 month of upstairs neighbors stomping all day like from 3am till midnight, then our neighbor next to us, we had a husband and wife that lived there for a couple of months before they moved out, they had parties, people coming in and out like living with them, and the weed was an everyday routine for them.
They move out the apartment next door was empty for a couple of months and then we had our disrespectful neighbor kid.
He was very rude and didn’t respect his neighbors.
Music was always loud, he had different girls over and he always yelled at them.
The neighbor below him always made complaints about his loud music also and the management told both us that have taken care of the problem. They did Not take care of the problem actually the problem got worse.
They told us that we had to respect our neighbors but yet the upstairs neighbor and the next door neighbor got away everything .
Now lets move on with how crappie the place was built.
During the winter our electricity bill was outrageous. Why for a one bedroom apartment should there be such a high electricity bill.
We tried everything to keep the apartment warm.
A breeze still came through everything, windows, the vents, the walls, the ceiling, even the microwave oven and cabinets there was a breeze coming through when you opened them.
Also by the way a daycare is considered 5 or more kids. I have the right to watch my nephew’s and I wasn’t getting paid for it cause I dont charge family. Also before we moved in camie knew i watched my nephew’s and didn’t say anything about me not being able to watch them. So that part is on you guys not me.
I rather Watch my nephews than live there, I rather be homeless than live there, make me choose between living there or kicking us out, we choose to leave cause family always comes first!
The people that run these apartment think they are all high and mighty cause they easily scam those who can’t afford to live.
All based on income apartments or scam, non based on income are way cheaper!
Make sure and check the apartments throughly before moving in.

The Reserves have been a great place to live, such a great community and location. The staff are amazing as well, the manager Cammie made moving in and out a breeze and was always quick to help. Would rent here again.

Cammie and her husband are great people. They both made me feel very welcome and at home during my initial visit.

I would say 3 and a half stars. As a place to live it’s nice and new. The owners need desperately to change the management team. They are grim at BEST. The fitness center is a joke.
