Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I was able to move in on time despite obstacles out of our control. Her welcoming nature and warmth creates a friendly living environment that makes it easy to live here.
The Burano team even left a belated birthday card at my door which meant a lot.
It’s these little things that made me want to live here instead of the competitors down the street.

May 9, 2026 at 5:06 pmNice looking building and units. Jessica, the current property manager, is amazing. Most apartments I’ve rented, the management never returns my calls. I am left to wonder for weeks if the maintenance request I put in will ever be looked at. Not so with Jessica. If she misses a call and you leave a voicemail, she will call back within the day, if not the next. If a maintenance request can’t be completed quickly, she will keep you posted on the status. I would like to see some improvements to the public hallway carpets, but because of Jessica I bumped the rating to 5 stars.
