I wish I could give this place 6 stars.

This building has been such a pleasure to live in for the last 18 months. The management of this building is extremely attentive (though there has been a management change recently, all the same staff are still in place, and I haven’t noticed any changes in the quality of services). The porters are amazing (Ari, Tyrrel, Gus, Michael, Jason, Creilyn, and Francisco), the maintenance staff is top notch (all my maintenance issues [all very minor] get addressed in 24 hours or less), and go out of their way to take care of anything big or small that comes, and the leasing staff has always been helpful and patient when I pester them with questions (thank you Amandalys!!). The shared facilities in the building are well maintained — I primarily use the gym which is always solid but the roof deck is great vibes during the summer months. The second floor where the gym often smells of weed, but I find this is limited only to the second floor and honestly it doesn’t really bother me that much.

I think I had the best unit in the building, but I imagine several of the others are excellent as well. The windows are huge, finishings are modern and new, and the units stay extremely quiet.

If you like this neighborhood and want to live in a building where you feel totally taken care of, don’t hesitate to pick 475.

Very Disappointed with the resident manager in charge of this building. The maintenance and up keep of this building has gone downhill big time. Any maintenance requests take longer the usual since we don’t have a live in super anymore. (They fired the previous one for no reason even though they were here for 6 years and were a true class act). The building is understaffed (not enough porters and doormen).
The resident manager is rude to tenants and to the existing staff. I have lived in this building for 4 years and it breaks my heart to see all of this happen just within a couple of months.

Most warm experience to have ever shared with an amazing staff. Every holiday or event was special to me from karaoke to planting tomatoes in a jar. Halloween has been fun, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Our yappy parties have been great for owners and dogs!!! Everyone here gets to enjoy their life!

We strongly considered moving into 475 when we visited in June, 2025. We liked a few of the units we saw – though fees were quite high – and decided to apply for one of them. After applying (which incurred a fee of $20/person) we followed up to learn that the apartment was not actually available. Mistakes happen, but we were really turned off by the lack of professionalism and communication. We ended up choosing a different apartment building.
It has now been 5 months of back and forth communication trying to get Bozzuto (the property management company) to make this right. This is ridiculous. A hugely profitable company is making us fight for a $40 refund based on an error in their system. I’m so grateful we didn’t choose to live here as this appears to be how they run their business.

Made an appointment to view at 3 pm Sunday and came all the way here to be told by the concierge the leasing office is closed on Sundays but the company website “it’s not my website it’s the company’s” allows you to book tours anyway. We were invited to come back the next day. No apology. Concierge was then complaining to coworkers that we’d been upset to come out to the building.
