May 9, 2026 at 9:57 amI really liked the look and feel of this bar. Its fairly large and open inside with plenty of seating. Another place that had a classic speakeasy appearance, but still maintained it’s neighborhood bar appeal. Cheap beer plus classy cocktails, how can you go wrong? There are plenty of distractions, pool, darts, video poker etc…I can’t wait until I can get a chance to hangout here more often and chat up some regs.

May 9, 2026 at 9:57 amIt’s a cool little neighborhood bar in a cool little neighborhood in the Bywater… According to the signage, Bud Rip’s has been around since 1960. The beer and drinks are cheap and its a good stop for a late night in the Bywater. Will definitely stop back soon!
