May 9, 2026 at 3:26 amThese apts are basic and old. They charge ridiculous cleaning fees even though when you receive the apt things are not perfect. See pics…the grout supposed to be light tan. Cabinets were old and chipping and my tub was not cleaned well but charge me cleaning fees is a joke. No apologies or consideration for damage I suffered. Make sure you read your lease. They are not worth the money if they don’t put money back into apt for better quality. FYI apartments should only be charging you for damage not basic cleaning of carpet etc to get it prepared for the next resident.

May 9, 2026 at 3:26 amFound a few issues with cracked tiles, marked up spots on the walls, and some small things that were dented/out of shape. Told there was nothing wrong with the apartment and that they looked it over so there would be no issues. “Without a doubt,” they said, aaaand boy, did i find many little issues. Ants are a big one. They are making holes and climbing between the corners of the apartments, obviously depending on the season they could be better or worse. Just hope this place actually is trying to help their tenants and not screw us over by blaming is in the end. We will see.

May 9, 2026 at 3:26 amI’ve been living here for 2 years. The office staff is amazing and the maintenance men keep it clean. Within these 2 years we have had back to school events, painting of apartments, new sign, and much more.
I enjoy my stay and recommend to all friends and family.
Also being walking distance to stores and old town is a huuuge plus.

I’ve been living here for more than 2yrs and anytime I need something repaired or I have any questions about anything I know I can go to my Manager Diamond and she will resolve the issue fast and efficient. I also love the location with freeway access or just a night out on the town of old town Clovis.

May 9, 2026 at 3:26 amI’ve lived in one of the one bedroom apartments here for over a year now and I’m so happy we chose this place. The apartments themselves are very spacious with a small garden and the whole time here I’ve yet to hear my neighbours because the walls are so thick- you can’t say that about many places! The communal pool is always clean too and every time I’ve been it’s not been crowded. An extra plus are a few stores within walking distance.
