Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the area felt safe and convenient for everyday life. Definitely one of the better places I’ve stayed. Would move back in, if I moved back to Wichita!

May 8, 2026 at 11:49 pmOur young, single daughter moved into her first apartment to The Vue. We looked at several properties around Wichita and felt The Vue was the nicest and safest place. She lived there for 2 years with her dogs. Maintenance was always prompt with requests, facilities were clean and she always felt safe. The amenities were an added perk to these apartments, including the dog park and dog wash. Her views of the lake were beautiful. We highly recommend these apartments and management group.

The community is peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to call home. The pool and fitness center are great amenities. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living experience!

May 8, 2026 at 11:49 pmIf I could give them 0 stars I would. Signed a 14 month lease and with in the first three months I knew I wasn’t resigning. The gals in the office come off as very nice helpful people when you’re on your visit. I quickly found that was all a front. They were far from helpful and it was almost as if you were bothering THEM for help. They pride themselves on being “Luxury” apartments and deliver below average service. The only positive thing about this place is Mark (The head maintenance man) every interaction with his was pleasant. DO NOT LIVE HERE

May 8, 2026 at 11:49 pmI loved living here, the apartments were incredibly nice and the maintenance staff was extremely responsive. BUT FAIR WARNING. It’s called the Vue because that’s all you’re going to get. The lake behind the complex is off limits. It’s not part of the deal. Don’t expect to gain access to any of the pavilions, volleyball nets, the sand or the water. It’s not for you, it’s just the view.
