The leasing team was super professional and helpful through our entire move-in process, which made everything so much easier. The front door staff here is honestly the best I’ve ever experienced!! They are always friendly and welcoming. Big shoutout to Courtney for going above and beyond with our packages and food delivery. I feel really lucky to live here!

Dealing with the management at this property has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had as a resident. The property manager Andrew is practically never in the office, never available when you need him, and when he is in office, he treats you as if you are bothering him. And honestly, based on what I’ve personally seen at resident events, it feels like the only time he shows up is when there’s alcohol involved. Instead of acting like a professional, he gives off the impression that he’s there to drink, loosen up, and treat the event like his own personal happy hour. It’s uncomfortable, inappropriate, and completely embarrassing for a supposed property “manager.”
At the front desk don’t expect much there either. Most days they’re glued to their phone, chatting away while residents stand there waiting. The level of disregard for the people who actually live here is unbelievable. It’s like the office is one big social hangout instead of a place where work gets done.
and then there’s maintenance is basically nonexistence. Work orders disappear into a black hole.
If you’re considering moving here, think twice. The property itself might look fine, but the management is a disaster.

Every morning at 7:30 AM, someone greets me with a cheerful “Good Morning!” There are no packages left unattended at the desk until the office staff arrives, and everything feels so organized. The team is doing an amazing job, such a great improvement!

I was impressed by how nice the apartment building is, the amenities, great location, and especially friendly staff. I had an excellent experience working with Josh during my visit. From the very beginning, he was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and answered all my questions promptly. Thank you, Josh. May 8, 2026 at 5:11 amMy partner and I previously came to tour Logan Apartments this past Saturday. This building is huge, and one thing that I loved the most was the amenities they had to offer. I’ve toured a few other buildings in the area by far this one is top notch! The apartments are spacious, with very nice fixtures.
To top everything Cherakee the leasing professional was extremely kind, and happy to show us around. She made us feel welcomed. However, we are not planning to move until early October. This may be too soon to move forward, but we are almost certain we will be back to tour again in September. We are planning on applying!
