May 7, 2026 at 8:38 pmI gave them five chances, and every time it was the same: a bunch of processes that, far from making the purchase easier, discouraged me, made it cumbersome and time-consuming.
For example, these steps happened to me several times: I contacted them via WhatsApp and experienced 40-minute delays due to internal issues with the automated responses, even on normal days and early in the morning (I’ve had instances where I messaged them at 8:15 PM and only received my food after 10:00 PM because of the delays between the initial response and order completion).
Then they notified me that my order was ready, I went to the restaurant, and they asked me for a ton of information again to check the status of my order, because the person serving me hadn’t been in contact with the person who sent me the message with the delivery time, who in turn hadn’t been in contact with the person who notified me that the order was ready.
I understand the use of these “fast food”-style processes if they were actually effective and reduced wait times; otherwise, I’ll stick with a different kind of service forever.
I reiterate that this isn’t due to an isolated incident, but rather the average of the five times I placed orders—some by phone, others directly at the restaurant, and others through the website.
I’ll add one instance where I called at 8:09 PM and my order wasn’t processed until 8:42 PM, with an estimated 20-minute delay that ultimately turned into 40. In other words, an order I was going to pick up myself, which I placed at 8:09 PM, wasn’t delivered to me at the restaurant until 9:20 PM. (This was the first hour of a weekday in winter, and I hadn’t ordered delivery.)

May 7, 2026 at 8:38 pmI honestly expected much more for the price. It costs almost 500 pesos and they don’t even include fries. The only redeeming feature is the bag, which is very nice; everything else is terrible. The fries were reheated and cold. It’s not even close to Rustic Side.
