Marco, our leasing agent provided an exceptional leasing experience from start to finish. Coming from the Arts District, Llewlyn immediately felt like the right choice for my family, and Marco’s professionalism and welcoming approach made the decision even easier.
Joner, the other available leasing agent during our move-in, was equally wonderful. He was incredibly accommodating, especially considering it was pouring rain on our move-in day. He made sure we were taken care of and that the process was as easy as possible despite the weather.
I’m excited to start this new chapter at Llewlyn. The community already feels like home for my 4-year-old and my Frenchie, and we’re really looking forward to enjoying the convenience of being able to walk over to LA Historic Park. As of now, It’s the perfect place for us.

I personally love that I can take the train to Little Tokyo/Arts District. The amenities are great, and having LA historic park across the street is a massive plus.
I’d also want to shout out Monika Gabisi for providing the best hospitality. My roommate and I had seen 15 apartments prior to LLEWELLYN. Monika was the best out of all Leasing Professionals.

May 7, 2026 at 4:00 pmI deleted my previous 5-star review and am updating it to a 1 star. It’s been over 2 months since I moved out, and like many others, I’m still waiting for my security deposit. I’ve emailed five times and not a single response. Calling is a complete joke because no one ever answers.
It’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable that this is how my 2 year stay at the Llewellyn ends. Ignoring tenants and withholding deposits is not only unethical but illegal under California law. Shame on you. Do better.

May 7, 2026 at 4:00 pmWe are approximately 1.5 months moved in and we absolutely love living here. Everyone is so pleasant and wonderful and the community is so lovely. Monika from the leasing team helped us throughout the leasing/move in process and she made everything SO EASY.
It all started when we were in town from out of state looking for a place and Monika gave us a great tour of the grounds and a few units. We toured other places that weekend but truly, Monika made us feel so welcomed that she made our decision a no brainer. Plus this place checked all our boxes! Once we applied, she explained everything thoroughly and always responded to our questions quickly. The process was easy!
She even checked in regularly once we were all set to move in, just to ensure we had all our questions answered. What a great experience!
The security, housekeeping, and maintenance staff is also wonderful. They are so friendly and attentive of the grounds. This place hires great people! I’m so happy we made the decision to live here!

May 7, 2026 at 4:00 pmEdit – 8/27/2025: Its unfortunate that I have to edit my review, as we did have a good experience up until move out. It has now been over 4 months since we moved out and we still haven’t received our security deposit back. Management claimed they issued the first check (2 days AFTER our move-out date) and mailed it to the apartment we vacated (?!!). We verified the correct mailing address in June and STILL have not received our check. Its bad enough that we got charged for paint (on a short and very clean 9-month stay) on top of the cleaning fee. If you read through the 1-star reviews, you’ll see that getting your deposit back seems to be a recurring issue. Very unfortunate ending but something to be aware of when considering this place!

Helpful ReviewWe’ve loved living here at Llewellyn and highly recommend to anyone that’s looking for a convenient location (near but not on top of the 110/5/101 freeways). The amenities in the building are great and its so nice to have the LA Historic Park right across the street. All the staff have been great and Monika, in particular, was so kind and helpful in welcoming us to the apartment. She made sure the whole process of signing the lease and moving in went smoothly. Thank you, Monika! We really enjoyed our time here.
