Been living there for almost 2 years, not by choice. Recently the people moving in seem to be a combination of people just getting out of prison,& or coming from other states because they’re no longer allowed there. In one week I’ve had tough guys honk their car horns at me because they want the entire road to themselves, all while mean mugging like they’re going to do something. This is all besides the fact that I have a stove that hasn’t worked in 8 months, my mail box keeps getting locked out, & air comes through the cracks in the walls. Nothing has been done & I will be leaving as soon as I can find another place.

I’ve lived here for 4 years and recently these apartments have only been getting worse. Fixing anything takes over a month and even then that might not fix it. The office can have its days where sometimes they are super nice however most of the time they are very stern and almost seem as if they can’t wait to get off the phone ,I understand that recently management changed and with that comes challenging hurdles. Even considering that new management hast made much of an effort to make me feel as if this is a complex I would recommend. Recently my car was broken into and I was told that the apartments would ask about the security that does rounds every night and get back to me . Needless to say but that didn’t happen. For not only safety but also everyday life comfort as of now I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone and I hope that management came make changes to make this complex feel more like a home for its residents.

I moved into this complex after relocating from Maryland for work. I was on a tight timeline and didn’t have much time to look around, but if I had known what I was walking into, I would’ve stayed in a hotel instead.

From day one there have been major issues:

    • Washer/Dryer:
You pay an extra fee to have them in-unit, yet mine were filthy when I moved in and the dryer has never worked. Maintenance took over a month just to look at it, said it was “fine,” and still hasn’t fixed or replaced it. I moved in at the beginning of September it’s now almost December and I still don’t have a working dryer I’m paying for.

    • AC Unit:
Reported during my first week. Maintenance said they’d replace it, then never came back. When I ran into them in person, they seemed to have forgotten the request entirely. It still isn’t fixed.

    • Neighbors & Cleanliness:
People smoke directly in the stairwell, so the smell comes right into your unit. Some residents leave trash outside their doors instead of walking a few steps to the dumpster. Stray cats roam the building and leave hair everywhere. My downstairs neighbor has already had the ambulance show up multiple times.

I’ve never written a review before, but the level of neglect and disorganization here pushed me to warn others. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a while, and I can honestly say the change under the new management has been amazing. The improvements are real and visible — from communication to maintenance to the overall care for the community. I wasn’t happy with how things were before, but ever since the new management and new manager stepped in, everything has gotten so much better. You can feel the difference.

As for the review below, it seems like they might’ve gotten the wrong property, because my experience has been completely the opposite. I’m grateful for the positive direction this place is going in now.

Highly recommend giving this community another look — the turnaround speaks for itself

    DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Living at this apartment complex was a nightmare from day one. In the first month, I discovered mold in the washer — it took over a month for them to fix it, despite promising to reimburse me for the inconvenience (they never did). The dryer rarely worked for more than a few days at a time, forcing me to do laundry elsewhere. The dishwasher was so outdated it barely functioned.

It only got worse. A roof shingle fell onto my brand-new car the day after I bought it, and management refused to take responsibility, even though the lease clearly states they are liable for damage caused by their negligence. I also had pest control come into my apartment unannounced.

To top it off, during my final two weeks living there, a dead pigeon sat under my patio. The freezer also stopped working and leaked into the fridge and I had to throw away over a hundred dollars worth of food. The property manager had not once reached out after going to the office and expressing my concerns.

Save yourself the stress, frustration, and money. Look elsewhere.
