May 4, 2026 at 7:25 pmThey charged us 410 dollars for cleaning, painting, floor, and blinding. We lived here for 8 months, and did a very good cleaning when moving. I’m attaching videos to show how clean and nice it is when we were leaving, and the bill they sent to us. I lived in other apartments in SD, and was never charged more than 50 dollars due to my strong sense of responsibility of keeping the apartment clean and nice when leaving. If you think you can do a better job, then no need to worry about your deposit. Otherwise, consider 500 dollars as a must-to-pay.

Good luck when you start dealing with them. They will never help you instead just collect your money. See for yourself. So glad we’re out.

May 4, 2026 at 7:25 pmMost amazing and perfect place I have ever lived!! The landlord Kelly is the best landlord you can ask for. Those with negative reviews are just difficult tenant’s, people and neighbors that were rude etc. This place is beautiful and affordable compared to most places in SD. But Kelly the landlord is always on time, never takes a day off, always answers the phone and is always helpful and kind and understanding. She truly is amazing and the best landlord I have ever had. Danny and Aaron the maintenance team are also really amazing. They immediately fix the problem asap. All of them are on top of it at all times and treat all tenant’s with such respect and kindness.

They have recently began cutting off water for residents without warning. Multiple times I have been in the middle of a shower when they do this. Avoid living here at all cost.

After constant calls to the office and new maintenance problems, finally early March people were sent to fix them issues.
I have raised the review from 1 star to 2 because all maintenance issues (when finally addressed) were fixed in a day and the guys were very nice.

One of the worst places to live.
Have 4 current pending work orders. We have called multiple times since before Thanksgiving, it is now February and the have yet to even send someone to check on what needs to be fixed. Their excuse: they have other projects they are working on.
Parking is a nightmare even though you are supposed to have 2 parking spots. Management doesn’t do anything about any problems you report. And to top it all off when there’s no parking management calls tow trucks on cars that have parking permits displayed instead of the cars that don’t.
Seriously stay away from this place.
