A few days after posting my initial review, I received a call from Hunter asking about the size of the box jump and kettlebell I needed. What a surprise! Now, the gym has the basic equipment I need to perform a good workout. Additionally, I recently moved into a new unit, and Hunter, Kaylyn, and Luis made the transition seamless. I now have a larger apartment and a bigger yard, all thanks to the impeccable timing and execution of the management team’s assistance. ****
As someone who frequently visits various apartment complexes and BellSouth-owned properties, I can confidently say that BellSouth has truly set the bar high!
I’ve been a resident here for two wonderful years, and I’m gearing up to renew my lease for another year. When my lease came due last month, the management graciously extended it by another month so that I could secure the apartment I had my heart set on. My dog is forever grateful—he now has the largest yard in the entire complex, and all the other dogs are sure to take notice!
The management team has been fantastic to work with. They even took the time to review my account and discovered that I was being double-charged for my renters’ insurance. They promptly reversed those charges, which was a pleasant surprise. Hunter, in particular, has made my experience even better, showcasing the team’s commitment to enhancing the community.
You can really see the improvements around the complex. They’ve boosted security—day and night—and the pool area has transformed into a serene retreat with significantly less noise and no more blaring music for hours on end. Plus, the grounds are kept in excellent shape, making walks with my dog enjoyable thanks to the abundance of fire hydrants and available doggy bags.
I did have a minor hiccup when my car got towed, but that was entirely my fault for not placing the sticker on the windshield. Lesson learned! They probably would have checked my license plate anyway, so it was a hassle I brought upon myself.
When it comes to fitness options, I love having three gyms to choose from. However, it would be amazing if they could invest a little more in maintaining or upgrading the equipment. I’m longing for jump boxes and heavier kettlebells so I don’t have to make the trek to Gold’s Gym down the street! i have a track field right behind our complex, and they just opened another dog park behind us, hopefully the apartment complex will consider setting a door for us to enjoy that park as well.
Overall, whenever I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve usually responded the very next day, a notable improvement since they brought on more staff in the last six months. Every apartment complex has its quirks, but BellSouth is truly dedicated to making this community feel like home for everyone.
At the end of the day, I don’t have to worry about unpleasant odors in the hallways, homelessness loitering out front, or loud parties in the parking lot—it’s just a peaceful neighborhood, and I love it.
P.S. If they could just get some larger kettlebells and a jump box, I’ll happily switch my rating to 5 stars!

Brandy took her time with us and never made us feel rushed. She answered every question in detail and made sure we fully understood all of our options. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home.
The amenities at Bell Southpark really impressed us. The pool area is beautiful, the fitness center is modern and well equipped, and the clubhouse and common areas feel inviting and well maintained. The entire community felt clean, updated, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.
Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.
