May 3, 2026 at 8:09 pmAs a current resident of Cypress point Apartments of over four years, here’s my updated review. The interior is unchanged and could use an update to existing cabinetry and countertops, though, personally, i don’t mind the tile countertops. I have yet to experience any issues involving plumbing, electrical or appliances. Exterior. High praise for the new and improved painting of my building. Nicely done! Exterior lighting, this has been and ongoing problem that the previous owners had to wrestle with. I believe with the new owners, they will take on the task whereas the previous owners of this property simply gave up. The wrath of Mother Nature, down trees, and so on and so forth. The current owner takes this serious, whereas the previous owner’s position, “if it happens on a Saturday night or Sunday”, it will wait until Monday to be dealt with. There is much more in the works for this community, I for one, plan to stay awhile.

We love our new place. The area is very clean ,beautiful and quiet. No trouble finding parking spots. And up until now the neighbors are friendly aswell. Me and my family are loving our new home.

Denise came in with a smile on her face ready to show us around, even if it meant walking through the pouring rain. We have been in contact with Denise since then, asking her the thousands of questions we have had. She always responded very quickly, assuring me that she was happy to help. Searching for an apartment was truly exhausting until we found Cypress Point and Denise to help us through every step of the way in such a seamless manner. We are extremely thankful for everything Denise has done for us and are super excited to be calling Cypress Point our home soon!
