The entire process couldn’t have been smoother. The office staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and stress-free especially gabby! They were welcoming, patient with my questions, and genuinely cared about making the transition easy for me.
On top of that, the maintenance team here is absolutely awesome. They’re always quick to respond, professional, and do a fantastic job keeping everything running smoothly. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about residents’ comfort. Great maintenance team!
I’m really grateful to live in a place where both the office and maintenance teams work so hard and work together to create a positive living experience. Highly recommend this community! And would recommend these apparent s to anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly community

May 3, 2026 at 3:24 pmI moved into Bellavista Apartments in 2023, and from day one the experience was extremely disappointing. When I first got the keys, the unit was very dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned or prepared for a new tenant. I asked management for help, but nothing was done. I ended up cleaning the entire apartment myself just to make it livable.
Fast forward to when I moved out: I made sure to clean the apartment thoroughly so that I wouldn’t be charged unnecessary fees. I even went the extra mile, documenting everything with photos as proof of the condition I left it in. Despite my efforts, I was shocked to see that management—specifically Gabby, the property manager—charged me even more than my deposit. Instead of returning part of my $700 deposit, they came after me for $955, claiming there was extra damage and dirt.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I had taken clear pictures before leaving to protect myself. The apartment was in good condition when I left, but they went out of their way to blame me for things I didn’t do. It honestly feels like they intentionally made the place dirty after I left—throwing things on the carpet and then trying to pin it on me just so they could take more money.
This experience feels like a scam, and I would strongly caution anyone considering renting here. It’s unacceptable for management to take advantage of tenants in this way. Moving is stressful enough without having to fight for your own money when you’ve done everything right.
If you are looking into Bellavista Apartments, especially under Gabby’s management, please think twice. Document everything, take photos, and be prepared for unfair treatment. In my case, it feels like they were just trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible.
This was by far one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had.

May 3, 2026 at 3:24 pmwould give a zero star if possible…. this is just disgusting MOLD EVERYWHERE maintenance will do nothing but paint over it (it grows back in a week.) its so gross i hate this place dont come ANYWHERE near this place theres so many issues….. nowhere to park, horrible management, incompetent maintenance and everything else. a total nightmare

Loved Marlene The property manager at the time, the maintenance staff work quick efficient and polite. However, when Marlene left and Sabrina took over the quality started to go down, The good maintenance staff left. The maintenance staff are lazy and inefficient and will make you feel incompetent for your Maintenance request. They do not adhere to ADA regulations. Adriana and the leasing office is very rude. One of the maintenance employees Michael doesn’t know how to do his job, every maintenance request that he has shown up for me has been half assed. The property management takes no accountability for stuff that they do wrong and they would much rather push tenants out. They don’t answer phone calls or respond to Emails. The maintenance staff take personal phone calls all the time and sit around doing nothing while maintenance request pile up And using that as an excuse For maintenance request to take longer to be completed. If you show up to complain about something in person, they’ll be very defensive and standoffish for your mental health apply to live somewhere else because for the cost of living here it is not worth it. May 3, 2026 at 3:24 pmI’ve lived here for about 2 weeks so I will update, but so far we’ve had a lot of maintenance issues. Aside from the apartment being dirty when we moved in, here is a list of all the things that didn’t/still don’t work in our apartment:
– Kitchen cupboard doors didn’t close because they were loose
– Oven smokes and smells like burning plastic when turned on (there was nothing in the oven)
– The cupboard above the microwave was full of sawdust that I had to clean out
– The garbage disposal didn’t work so the sink didn’t drain
– The dishwasher door is broken and doesn’t close
– The dryer doesn’t work
– The bathroom had a loud noise when you turned on the fan
– The toilet will make a loud high pitched noise about ever 3-6 hours, is fixed when the toilet flushes, sometimes wakes me up in the middle of the night
– The master closet light only turns on when you push it up really hard, sometimes doesn’t turn on
– Our keys barely work, you need to wiggle the key just so to make lock and unlock it, takes me a minute or two each time (in fact the first time I was here I called my husband to come back after his work meeting because I couldn’t leave without locking it and I couldn’t figure it out)
Some of these things we’ve had fixed and others we still need to put in maintenance requests for, but I just wish the apartment would have been checked to make sure everything was working before we moved in :/
I do like the area, the amenities, the price is decent, the staff is nice, and the apartment is fairly nice once it’s clean and everything works! Lol
