May 2, 2026 at 3:24 pmVery poor engineering. Some bathrooms have extra high steps where elderly will find difficulty to use. Bedrooms are too small already and once a wardrobe is added then one will step out of bed and room as well ☺️
Also, alot of water damages in just 4 years.
Shared lobby is another area of contention, the flat that I visited already had someone else’s AC outdoor unit permanently installed. So either u ignore it or start a fight with your neighbour on the first day.
And the worst part, still no society formed? So when is the builder planning to hand over the entire thing and what will be the future.
I am definitely not investing in such a location.

May 2, 2026 at 3:24 pmVery worst experience in booking flat in Gokul dham society,long and complicated procedure for bank finance, totally harassment of customer,and most important they are not refunding the token amount easily once you have paid,if you are doing cancellation…at the time of taking token amount they will approach you like pet,but once it is paid and by default you are doing cancellation they will never refund timely at that time they will forget you….never make a choice of booking flats in Gokul dham it’s my humble request… don’t waste your money…i am a sufferer…and struggling for refund of my token amount…
