An appointment cancelled with no communication instead of apologising and taking the feedback to the doctor she’s very confrontational on the phone instead of any customer service skills. Shocking. This appointment was for a 9 month old. Team needs to learn better manners with parents.

March 20, 2026 at 4:15 am1st of I wanna say the staffs and doctors are very respectful the facility is extremely big and very clean and feels very welcoming I also wanna say I have quite a few kids and sometimes getting ready, even if I wake up extremely early and get us ready earlier ahead of time somehow I still get there late, which is on my end, but even if I get there extremely late, they would still see me what they would do it’s just probably change your original time to the time that you came in once that doctor has availability. If not, then you will see a doctor that does that practice the same needs of your needs they have a beautiful fish tank and beautiful staff that play soft music with the kids while you wait. I will recommend this facility to anyone. They’re all pretty cool showed laid-back but getting their job done on point with everything. Basically in and out, it’s never a long waiting process with this office. God bless the doctors staff and nurse in this facility and everyone that visits this facility and everyone that’s thinking of visiting this facility I say go for it. It won’t hurt to give it a try if you don’t like it you can always change, but I guarantee you will and you’ll feel at home. God bless.

March 20, 2026 at 4:15 amI recently visited the Mount Sinai Dermatology Clinic at this location as a new patient for a cosmetic treatment. I was pleased with the doctor’s overall evaluation and appreciated that she addressed my concerns. However, I found the clinic lacking in transparency when it came to payments.
Helpful ReviewI strongly believe patients have the right to know what to expect in terms of cost before the appointment and not just during the consultation especially if it relates to cosmetic. When I called to book my appointment, I clearly explained the reason for my visit and asked for at least a general estimate of the cost and how the treatment is typically handled. I was told I would need to discuss those details with the doctor.
During the consultation, the doctor said to better refer me to the nurse for payment questions. But when I asked the nurse for a breakdown, she said she doesn’t know and that I should speak with the doctor. When I asked the doctor specifically whether the treatment was charged per unit or per area, she simply responded, “Everything is paid for,” which left me confused and still unsure of how the billing and treatment worked.
Since it was my first time treatment, I only received a very small amount of Botox, but the cost was extremely high. At my follow up visit, I asked for clarification, and the doctor then mentioned that treatments are charged per area. I felt unjust for the amount I paid since it would be fair treated per unit. The doctor said that she treats per area so that if patients during follow up need more adjustments, it’s already paid for. So in my case, I didn’t need adjustment although I didn’t see a huge difference in curtain areas. So this means I paid in advance for something I may not need. How is that even fair? This made me feel frustrated in the overall experience. Unfortunately, due to the lack of transparency and the high cost for a minimal treatment, I wouldn’t return to this clinic or recommend it to others.

March 20, 2026 at 4:15 amDespite the reviews, I had an amazing experience. The wait was manageable, and the nurse was beyond sweet and caring. I truly appreciated the water pitcher and the 4% lidocaine patch for pain relief. 10/10—would recommend.
