We thought we had galvanized pipes, but Hotline Plumbing was the only one who knew we actually already had copper pipes (there were just some pieces of exposed galvanized pipes, that they also replaced with copper!). They gave us a great price. Mauricio and William are the best. They explain what they’re doing and why, they do everything the right way, and they went above and beyond. They don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. They did a beautiful job and you can tell they take pride in their work. They even fixed some things that previous plumbers had done incorrectly. We’ll be using them for all our future plumbing needs, and I’ll be asking for Mauricio. Highly recommended!

Just this past week, I was able to immediately contact Jiovanni (Owner) and he had Mauricio come out to check our Washing Machine Leak, they arrived promptly within the scheduled time frame. Mauricio and his team were in and out in 30 minutes, he quickly assessed the issue and fixed it. Highly recommend this company and their team, they are amazing! Thank you again!

May 1, 2026 at 5:28 amI am so impressed by the quality of work done by Mauricio and William. Hotline plumbing had done a big job for my sister so I was hoping they could help us as well. Right from the start, Hotline plumbing was quick to respond to our quote request. Not only was the quote better value than competitors, they were able to come out on the weekend based on our schedule. They replaced our old water heater with tankless and also swapped out the sink and shower/tub hardware with matte black. All jobs were done so well. We were especially impressed by the small things they did like ensure they wore shoe covers inside our home and also taking the time to explain our various options. I will definitely be going back to hotline plumbing in the future and have recommended them to our friends and family. From start to finish we knew we were in good hands with Mauricio from Hotline Plumbing!

Their tech was punctual and knowledgeable for the estimate, which was very competitive. While there was a scheduling hiccup on the initial day (our appointment wasn’t in their system), Giovanni quickly stepped in and made sure someone got out to us that day to handle the shut-off valve, which was crucial for our HOA coordination. The rest of the job was completed by a friendly and skilled tech the next morning. Despite the minor scheduling issue, Hotline Plumbing rectified it promptly and provided excellent service. We’re happy clients and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

May 1, 2026 at 5:28 amI had a plumber from my home warranty company come out to address a whole house plumbing stoppage. He told me I needed a cleanout installed and was going to charge me something like $2700. I called Hotline, and they were going to charge substantially less. Geovanni fit me in same day. He sent Mauricio out who called me and let me know that the cleanout was already installed and so he was able to snake out the stoppage for a very reasonable rate – saving me thousands of dollars. They are honest, professional and skilled. I highly recommend this company.
