I have lived in cascade for over 12 years. The management keeps getting worst. I am one of the cleanest people and I currently have cockroaches it has taken days for them to respond to get pest control out. This should have been an emergency. They will not take care of the loss of food or pay for a hotel for me and my child. They are basically blaming me. They should take care of the rent for next month but of course they won’t do that. When Brad was in charge things got handled. The also don’t spray for pests regularly and the outside maintenance is not taken care of. Grass hasn’t been mowed in 2 months, outside lights are out. Raccoons spread the trash all over the parking lot. Community builders need to step in but I’m sure they won’t.

I have lived here for 10 years. Everything was great until the past 2 years. And this new management is the WORST. I pay full rent. I pay my rent EVERY month on the 3rd. They don’t take it to the bank until the 29th, 40th or even the following month. Then want me to pay late fees. I agree with everyone on here regarding r Kim. She took my check in January or February. And lost it. They used to have a good lawn service, now the weeds are up to my waist. I can’t say ANYTHING bad about the maintenance team. They work hard and always have done things in a timely fashion.

This is a nice place to live , but management is something else. They are all very lazy. You are lucky if you get them to answer the door let alone the phone. They now want to make you schedule an appointment but how do you do that when they won’t answer the phone. You can leave a message but by the time they get back it’s been over a business week. They really need more maintenance. They work harder than the office and they come within a week depending on bad your maintenance request is. The place is very nice but good luck getting ahold of the office people. I’m not naming names but they know who they are

Cascade is a nine place to live I’ve been a resident about 4 years now. I can say that I miss Mr Brad being here because nothing is getting done! You can’t get a call back , can’t get In The office during office hours it’s just ridiculous. Ive made two recertification appts and still haven’t got it done why cause Kimberly never keeps here appts and her reason is she the only one there ! They leave early during office hours . That clock stays on the door! And I’m currently still waiting to recertify. I have more issues than that for the looks of it I’m not the only one .
