April 30, 2026 at 2:04 amWe have been here for 3 years now. We love living here and plan to renew our lease. Our kids have an apartment adjacent to ours. We have family gatherings in the club house and I love to grill. Sadly, residents have ruined some of the family fun amenities.

April 30, 2026 at 2:04 amThe inside of the apartment is pretty nice, but other than that everything else is bad. The office management is not professional. I have attempted to visit the office during their open hours, but no one is working. If you try to call them no one will answer. We can’t even give our 60 day lease notice because the management doesn’t have it ready for us? Idk how thats even possible that they can do that. The gym is okay, but the “smart mirror” they talk about in the tour does not work the ipad is always dead. And the pool is not clean. Don’t recommend living here.

April 30, 2026 at 2:04 amFirst moved in and noticed a few of the amenities that was listed on website are non existent now. The fire pit areas have been broke down and dirty since we moved in, along with the old patio furniture. Kitchen in the clubhouse is dirty. Pool isn’t usable always dirty and not heated. Dog poop is always in the grass around the complex and sidewalks, dog park is always dirty along with the dumpster areas. Just filthy. Not kept up at all. Outside lights around the complex don’t work at night, most blink non stop and is very obnoxious. Maintenance takes at least 2 months to come out to address issues. We thought it would be a different experience when we moved in but quickly realized it is very disappointing. Have tried to talk to management but they never offer direct answers and there is no one else to talk to besides them apparently. These could have potential to be nice apartments, maybe if there was a change in ownership.

April 30, 2026 at 2:04 amThe amenities and the apartment are all great and high quality. However, the attention to repairs and work orders is slow and unresponsive. I’ve lived here for three months, and not one thing that was noted on my move in date has been resolved. Including a fan that doesn’t work, a bathroom door hanging on the hinges and not able to close properly, and a refrigerator that has two shelves broken.
I appreciate the fact that someone in management did finally reach out. Once that communication was open, I was very pleased with the rapid response and the follow through. The Electrical issue, still took a few tries. Communication was professional and timely, and the problems were resolved.

April 30, 2026 at 2:04 amLive here now and I regret it. Places is small when we moved in there was a lot of problems that I have documented took pictures and noted with the move in paper. They say cleaning people before moved in yeah right there was so many missed spots. Dont even get me started with management and maintenance. Its always been a big problem with both. Maintenance do cheap fixes at first it was nice but now its just cheap fix after cheap fix. I have been waiting over a week to get some repairs done still waiting. I even told them about there problem with the bikes just being thrown around and me almost falling and or tripping a few times. I had to move them so I dont fall with my to kids. Do better guys trash and dog crap is everywhere and when you need a poop bag to pick up your dogs crap there aren’t any. Trash cans always over filling and last month or so there was glass in the road!!! If we weren’t despite and had to move fast we would have keept looking. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THESE APARTMENTS😫
Even if they say call or email no one ever answers. Or in the building its legitimately impossible to get ahold of them.
