April 29, 2026 at 10:11 pmGorgeous building. Completely unlivable.
The elevator has been down for over 45 days, and management has done nothing meaningful to fix it. We live on the sixth floor and literally cannot occupy our apartment—carrying bags up six flights is not realistic.
We’re paying double-rent right now.
We asked for a permanent relocation with one of Brick & Timber’s buildings or a rent reduction. Silence. They have no problem reminding us that rent is coming due soon, though.
We did not sign up for a six-floor walk-up. At this point, it feels like a plan on management’s part to oust the long-term, rent-controlled tenants and we’re all suffering.
Deeply disappointing.
