April 28, 2026 at 1:39 amMy husband and I had a beautiful experience at this cozy sanctuary nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, which is especially beautiful in the fall. The land radiates peace; it’s a place where nature holds you, and invites you to slow down, breathe, and connect.
Helpful ReviewWe came for a couple’s retreat and stayed in one of their amazing yurts. Every detail felt cared for—from the beautifully decorated shower houses to the nourishing plant-based meals and mindful experiences woven throughout the weekend.
We moved through gentle yoga, practiced couples’ Thai massage, and melted into a soothing sound bath. One of the most magical moments was the cacao ceremony, a heart-opening ritual that reminded us of the simple, sacred joy of being fully present—together. And the cacao was delicious!
It wasn’t just a retreat—it was a reminder that love, nature, and presence are the truest forms of nourishment.

April 28, 2026 at 1:39 amWe booked the 4 day couples retreat and loved our experience. Would highly recommend to any couple looking to reconnect, recenter and relax together. The yoga was gentle and perfect for my beginners husband (never done yoga ) and to just stretch and move our bodies in the sun in a beautiful spot. We loved the fire and the sauna at night, and it was fun and comfortable to sleep in a yurt! The fresh air and beautiful surroundings made for a magical time, and the cacao ceremony was one of our favorite parts!

April 28, 2026 at 1:39 amWhat a lovely property tucked away in the mountains and forest. Everything from the tasty food, cozy yurts, walking paths, and gorgeous yoga shala, it was a wonderful experience. I experienced a yoga teacher training of yin and somatics, with Jesse and Randy, and wow did they create a beautiful container. Great curriculum, activities, experience and wisdom was shared. While also being able to receive and feel the benefits of rest and relaxation. Perfect balance. Would a thousand times over recommend to anyone! Thank you again to Randy, and Jesse (and her family) for having me! 🥰

April 28, 2026 at 1:39 amSeven Springs is truly a magical place! I have been going there as often as possible for 8 years now. It is a healing and wonderful setting as well as all the owners offer for soul growth and nourishment through classes and gatherings that are so much more meaningful than I can describe in a paragraph! You just have to experience to know the benefits for your mind and body that are hard to put into words! I have gone to many yoga retreats in beautiful places but of all, this one is the most special! We are so lucky to have you so close by but if needed, this is where I would travel to again and again no matter how far I would have to go!

April 28, 2026 at 1:39 amI’ve been to Seven Springs many times both as a facilitator hosting my own events and as an attendee. This is a home away from home for me and Jessi, her family and the way they run their business are simply the best. The land, the yurts, the food, the company… everything is always perfection!!!
