April 27, 2026 at 6:10 amThis is just an update to a previous review that I have left before, Today I had the pleasure of meeting one of the maintenance crew Chris and he was an absolute pleasure to have come fix the existing problem that I put the work order In for he was very professional polite, Did an excellent job of replacing my kitchen fixture and reassured me that he’d be back to continue the other small issues that need addressing. I am very lucky that all the maintenance workers that I have come into contact with have really seemed to care about their job and going above and beyond to make sure that the job is done in completion. Chris, you did a great job and you are a pleasure.
This review is specifically for one of the individuals that works on the maintenance team. Some quick information I have just signed my lease renewal for my second year in this location and this is just a quick but well-deserved review for one of the maintenance workers Andrew.
Following is an email I send to our leasing office as well.
Just wanted to reach out to you and let you know the past few interactions I’ve had with our maintenance crew have been with Andrew. I only know his first name, but he has been an absolute pleasure. He’s very respectable, He always takes his shoes off because he knows that I appreciate that he always goes above and beyond to make sure that the job is done to its completion and I wanted to give him the recognition that he deserves.

Carissa was incredibly patient, responsive, and thorough—she took the time to walk me through every step, explain details I didn’t even know to ask about, and genuinely made sure I felt confident in my decision. She truly cared about helping me find the right apartment, not just any apartment.
Thanks to her guidance and professionalism, I found a place I absolutely love for my first home. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly has your best interest in mind, Carissa is the one. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to update on what trash this complex is because I’m sorry it’s unfair that I work and pay rent too much rent for this cesspool.
I spoke to some police and ems that frequent the property and I’m told there are gangs in the buildings. Drugs and crime all around the complex with zero security. This welfare tenement is not worth a penny of your hard working dollars. Unless you’re getting government assistance then come on down !!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ITS UNSAFE TO LIVE HERE
I’ve been renting here now 1.5 years I only stayed because I just had a baby. I’m paying almost 3k for a 1 bedroom apt while my entire development is section 8. There are crackheads living 2 houses down…a man walked into my apt and ran out!!! There are filthy neighbors throwing dirty diapers on the ground and never is there any one to pick up the trash. People drive on the grass where I was almost struck while walking my son on the path ! If you are a hardworking tax payer like myself I urge you to go elsewhere it is a tenement, it’s all government housing and there are creepy people walking in and out of the woods at all times of night. And not to mention charcoal grills being used with flames so high they hit the balcony a huge fire hazard!!!!! I have continuously voiced my fears and concerns to with no solutions it a disgusting place and Heatherwood should be ashamed of themselves
