I took the excellent Take Five training for children here! Sheila is the creator. I’ve taught many young children. It works beautifully for all ages!!

April 25, 2026 at 10:02 pmI signed up for the promotional monthly membership last December (2024) when the new studio opened. I had never been to the old pre-Covid studio. It’s a small studio, with a friendly and intimate setting. I try to go a minimum of three times a week, and the variety of classes offered is outstanding. I particularly love the early morning practices. The teachers are fantastic. I feel comfortable and always welcome at Lincoln Yoga Center. Highly recommend.

April 25, 2026 at 10:02 pmI have been practicing at Lincoln Yoga Center since I retired over a dozen years ago. I had no previous experience with yoga when I began at the Rathbone Village location. However, I was gradually drawn in by excellent instructors, a very caring atmosphere, and the wide variety of practices and levels offered. When the pandemic necessitated a move to Sheila’s home studio, I continued to enjoy classes in this smaller venue. Sheila modeled a positive, creative approach during a time of turmoil; what an example!
A couple of years ago, I had to take a break from yoga to deal with a major health situation. Even though I wasn’t able to practice in the studio for a number of months, my yogi friends didn’t forget about me. 🥰 When I was able to return to a regular practice, I needed to begin very slowly and pace myself. However, I found yoga to be the perfect way to slowly gain strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence in my body’s ability to function “normally.” What a gift!
I am now thoroughly enjoying the new studio and, of course, Sheila and her team of excellent instructors. This affirming atmosphere is a perfect fit for me as I practice 2-3 times each week with other yogis who have become friends. I am beyond grateful for Sheila’s skillful, compassionate leadership, and I look forward to Lincoln Yoga’s growth in the future!

April 25, 2026 at 10:02 pmGreat yoga studio! They have lots of different classes with a diverse group of teachers. There is something for everyone, from early morning classes to evenings and weekends.
I first went to LYC in their Rathbone Village location, to Ridgeway Rd, and now on South. The new studio is great. Perfect size. Real, authentic, welcoming.
