April 24, 2026 at 11:26 amI love Zao Yin’s sound healing class. I went twice while visiting NYC, and I’m so glad I did. She focused on the sacral chakra area, especially the hips, which felt incredible and was exactly what I needed.
I also really appreciated the spiritual elements she incorporated into the class. I felt so open, relaxed, and renewed afterward. She is super friendly, and you can clearly see that she genuinely loves what she does.
The studio is beautiful as well. The space is lovely, filled with windows, and has such a warm, uplifting energy.
When I come back to Manhattan, I can’t wait to visit this studio again.

April 24, 2026 at 11:26 amI had been into yoga for a bit, but was feeling like something in my practice was missing. When I took my first class with Zao, I realized right away that the hole had been filled. Her classes were the perfect blend of physical activity, boundary-pushing poses, and mindfulness practice.
Since that initial class, I’ve recruited countless friends to attend her classes as guests, and ALL have joined and become regular members of the Indigo Tribe. Indigo’s facility is the best in NYC, with views like no other studio I’ve ever practiced in. If you want a well-rounded practice, and to grow and develop your practice, Indigo is certainly the place for you. I could not recommend enough!
