Such a wonderful welcoming studio full of love and understanding and relief! I can’t praise this studio enough! Crystal’s wonderful sounds and the reiki practitioners were just what I needed after a day of hectic travel. Alicia’s yoga nidra’s class was so uniquely relaxing and poignant. I was deeply touched. I will be returning to this great studio. A jewel of St Louis. I cannot recommend more highly this wonderful place and people!

Valeri was awesome! I participated in her sound class where she used singing bowls, crystal bowls, and various other soothing instruments as we laid on our mats and got into a meditative state. It was such a relaxing class and much needed. She’s a very kind person and well prepared. I will be participating again that’s for sure! This class was outside but she has classes at the Joy studio as well.

Tried this studio out again today (went years ago but life got busy), and I loved it! Matt was a knowledgeable and helpful teacher. He gave direction and support. The class was very enjoyable with lots of deep stretches using therapy balls. I will definitely be back!

I was welcomed into the space and felt very comfortable there. I went to 3 classes from my 2 week intro deal. I always appreciate an intro deal and determines if I go or come back. Ill be back. The slow flow classes were good but slightly vague in a fair amount of instruction. Im very experienced so not an issue but people newer might not get specific principals like avoidinh pressure on wrists, shoulder stabaliser ques, etc. To be fair, the instructors might have know the students were all experienced (but they didn’t know mine). But I only hit 3 classes so & that is minor as overall I really liked it there. Ill be back and would recommend.

Spinal Stretch: Good Morning Slow Flow

This is the class for you if you have lost core flexibility due to spending your days sitting, over exertion in repetitive exercise or are recovering from illness or an injury. Alicia’s 7 week spinal awareness class reintroduces the 4 planes of movement necessary for a flexible mind, body and healthy lifestyle. She incorporates a solid knowledge of anatomy and movement paired with clear and easy to follow Instructions using minimal props. Class is offered in studio or via zoom which makes it easy to follow the full 7 week series. I highly recommend this class. M
