April 20, 2026 at 2:22 amI lived there for two years, and I couldn’t be happier with my time there. Everyone working at the exo, especially Shriya, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable. She was responsive, caring, and even continued to make sure my transition to a new place was successful, despite being states away.
If I hadn’t moved out of state and stayed in Astoria, I would’ve found myself staying another year minimum.
I will always look on my time in Astoria fondly, and much of the thanks goes to the entire team at the exo!
Oh and the views and location were incredible!

April 20, 2026 at 2:22 amDo not move here!! If you have other options take it! The build is too expensive to have to deal with a bad building manager! Shriya is the worst manager I’ve ever met! She makes living there so much harder and when it’s time to move she’s rude and tries to enter your apartment with no notice.. trust me if you have options for another apartment take it! The most condescending passive aggressive person I’ve met.

We loved having a gym (free) in building and the roof top views are second to none. Jaime and the rest of the staff are great. Overall ever employee was was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live in Astoria/NYC!

April 20, 2026 at 2:22 amThe management was amazing. Anything I needed Shriya was truly fantastic. Also, Jaime was such a genuinely nice person on top of being exceptional at his job. If we had a problem from an old door knob to a hinge on the cabinet door they’d solve it within a day. And it feels like home when the front desk knows your name, what apartment you’re in and notifies you of any packages. Best place I’ve lived in thus far.

April 20, 2026 at 2:22 amLet me start by saying some of these negative reviews were written before new management took over Exo Astoria. We have had a wonderful experience living at Exo. The building is clean and bright, with updated appliances in the apartment, and wonderful amenities including but not limited to: the roof decks, washer/dryer-in unit, lounge (with Starbucks coffee maker!) and gym.
Exo management is extremely friendly, helpful, and resourceful. They have helped my girlfriend and I anytime we have asked whether in person or via email. The building is cleaned daily, and the super and supporting staff are super friendly and professional. The online portal makes it easy to pay rent and request any services in the apartment. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
