A huge part of what makes this place stand out is the staff, specifically Evan. He is one of the most hardworking individuals I’ve encountered. You can constantly see him going above and beyond to keep the surrounding community and grounds spotless. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work, and it makes a massive difference in the quality of life for all the residents.
If you’re looking for a place that is well-maintained and has a team that actually cares, this is it!

I’ve been living here for almost two years, and it has been a great experience. Kim is definitely the one to see if you’re thinking about renting here she’s professional, helpful, and truly cares about the residents. The maintenance team is also amazing always prompt, efficient, and friendly. Thank you all for making this community such a wonderful place to call home!

I’ve lived here for over two and a half years, and the current management is by far the worst I’ve experienced. I’ve submitted three work orders for a leaking pipe, a washer that leaves stains on my clothes, and roaches. It’s been over three months, and none of these issues have been resolved. Maintenance shows up, looks at the problem, and leaves saying they “need parts,” but nothing ever gets fixed.
I spoke with the manager, Angelica, who promised all work orders would be completed within 72 business hours. It’s now been a week and a half since that promise, and still nothing. When I went into the office to follow up, she was “too busy” to speak with me at first. When she finally came out, she was dismissive and told me I wasn’t the only tenant with issues, instead of offering any real solution. She even tried to blame me for not calling her to report that the work orders were marked completed, apparently the office “can’t make outbound calls.”
On top of that, the buildings are consistently dirty, and the gates rarely work. The exit gate is usually left open, so this is not truly a gated community as advertised.
Overall, extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend renting here.
