April 19, 2026 at 11:16 amCalled to check and fix the small drops from the shower valve. he broke the inner cartridge while trying to take out, so could not open the water supply to the entire home and made us to wait over three weeks without having a concern of the impact.
I had to followup multiple times for the part delivery. The same part is available in Menards, Amazon in 2 days of delivery, which I know later.
Within the three weeks when I ask them to close the shower valve, then demanded various prices 100, 250 each time when I call.

April 19, 2026 at 11:16 amPrice was extremely high for a root job on my sewer line. The technician was pleasant and tried hard but could not do the job. 2 hours and didn’t unclogthe problem. The issue, he did not have the proper tools I assume his company should have provided. The technician even drove up in his own car, no company truck. I refused to pay the full amount but willing to pay half because the technician did do some labor and was a pleasant person. The “boss” agreed. So that is the best part of this company.

April 19, 2026 at 11:16 amDO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They are always late! They are overpriced and they up charge on top of that! They send people who barely speak English and you have to work for a callback! PLEASE AVOID!
The only thing they did right was replace the wax ring on our toilet but they didn’t solve our drainage problem. The 1st job cost $600 for rodding the toilet drain and changing the wax ring. This was a job they were hours late too and the technician only spoke Spainish despite customer service speaking English.
When we discovered flooding was still occurring, we called them back and they said they would check with us the next day. Nothing was heard from them until we called them to ask what their plan was going to be. They sent out someone else and he does the same thing the 1st guy did for free, but can do anything else because he’s not the specialist. He’s gives an estimate of $200 for someone to check out our mainline the next day. The next day the guy shows up late of course and then says the check will be a hundred dollars more, plus the additional cost of removing the toilet again. Then he tells us he already knows what the issue is and try to negotiate a new price. We complain that their service was not meeting our expectations and then technician tries to make a deal with us that if he can do the job right we pay him double the price. That attempt at gambling was the last straw and we asked him to leave despite his arguments!

April 19, 2026 at 11:16 amBe careful with this man. He got upset and swearing at me in front of my son because I told him I didn’t want to spend $5,000 dollars on a plumbing job. This man ruined the front of his black truck because he ran over my Com Ed pole and I lost power to my home. I ended up doing a police report on him because of the damage he caused. This guy should not work around people.

Do not patronize this company please look at the reviews and BBB reviews.
The plumber rodded out the main line at my elderly dad’s house and he is still experiencing the same issue smh.
Ive read in other reviews that this company purposely does a half job so you can pay for another job, and their employees are not knowledgeable.
The plumber also didn’t clean up after himself. I had to clean up his mess.
