this location is the best! Every time I go here to get tested or send my friends and loved ones. It’s always a breeze this testing location successfully provided a positive test result for an infection of RSV that my live-in partner had on hour 12 of him having symptoms so we were able to effectively isolate from one another, and I did not get sick! I hope that they remain open because they are a life-saving resource

I’ve gotten many COVID-19 PCR tests here, and every time it has been a wonderful experience. Staff is professional, facilities are clean, and testing process very straightforward. Not only does this site test for covid, but it also tests for RSV and two strains of the flu. It’s been a life saving resource during the winter as people get sick and symptoms can be confusing and similar between different infections. And it is also the last affordable option to receive accurate and timely covid testing.

This is by far the most reliable location I use for covid tests. They do PCR which is much more accurate than at-home rapid tests, not to mention free. I get a PCR test at this site before/after travel, when I’m about to see immunocompromised people, or when I have symptoms. Please do not shut down PCR tests at this site!

Thank you so much everyone who works on this place for your help and responsiveness! Each employee was very friendly and kind with us, starting from the girl who records patients, the guys at registration (we are very grateful to them! You are the best! You helped us so much! Your help is invaluable!) The girl who accompanied us to the doctor’s office is very nice. And the doctor, very carefully took a smear, I didn’t even feel any discomfort. In general, we were incredibly happy to get to your hospital! Considering that the test is absolutely free and done as quickly as possible! Faster, anywhere!

Got a covid test here, and it was very efficient compared to other places. You can make an appointment through the ny health and hospitals site, and they don’t take insurance (it’s just free through govt funding). An issue is that those appointments book up really fast, and I haven’t been able to snag one here for three months.

They also gave me a flu shot. Waited for about 20 minutes in the waiting room, then another 10ish in a second waiting room, then got treated. Unfortunately afterward, they didn’t have my email address written correctly for the portal, so I had to wait about 45 minutes as they were so under staffed they couldn’t spare a staff person coming out to fix it for that long.
