April 18, 2026 at 7:19 pmThey provide different types of classes (beginner, intermediate, advanced, power, restorative, meditation, etc.) – several classes a day, seven days a week. Teaches are all very knowledgeable and caring. Front desk is very organized. They keep the place clean.

April 18, 2026 at 7:19 pmUnfortunately I had a really bad class experience. I was so excited after all the great reviews (and maybe it was just a one off bad experience I would be willing to try it again) but the class was way too dark, we couldn’t see the teacher; the music was way too loud and she was screaming on top of the music so it was extremely overstimulating for what I thought was going to be a nice flow workout. The moves were way too fast I couldn’t follow the verbal instructions. It felt very rushed, it was too fast.

April 18, 2026 at 7:19 pmI have wanted to post something about the excellent standards of yoga education and practice at the Ishta studio for a long time. After being at the studio for the last weekend, I have to say that the staff, teachers and yoga practitioners were all most supportive and joyful. It is a peaceful space that allows learning, strengthening and introspection. Thank you.
