April 17, 2026 at 2:06 pmI really love this studio. It is very clean (I am a germaphobe), welcoming, and the instructors/ owner are genuinely kind. They give back to the community in real ways, like hosting food drives and supporting local needs, and you can tell it matters to them. The instructors stay true to their mission and treat everyone with kindness. I always feel comfortable here and I leave every class feeling better. It is a good place with good people who actually show up for their community.❤️❤️❤️

April 17, 2026 at 2:06 pmI waited until the holidays to write this because there’s so much I could say about Santosha Studios, and I wasn’t really sure how to describe everything. It all comes down to this: they have genuinely changed my life.
I’ve lived with severe scoliosis since I was a kid, and for years I’ve wanted a consistent yoga practice to support + strengthen my back. I tried multiple studios around the Denver area, but kept running into the same issue: classes that felt more focused on being “different” (more weights, more cardio, more speed) than on building an intentional, sustainable practice.
Santosha is different. The classes are challenging, but they’re also incredibly rejuvenating. I mostly attend Kelly C’s and Kelly K’s classes, and I always leave feeling stronger (physically and mentally) with more clarity than when I walked in. The themes and guidance around things like vulnerability, ego, courage, and community are TRULY the definition of real and grounding. There’s no pressure to be perfect. Instead, you’re encouraged to have fun, take up space, and be brave enough to try something new. This is especially supported by instructors who lead with humility and inspire you to do the same.
Logistically, the studio is easy to find, parking is a breeze, and the space is well-organized. Storing your belongings is simple — AKA props like blocks are easy to access.
If I haven’t already emphasized it enough, Santosha Studios feels like a true safe space, and I don’t say that lightly. If you’re looking for a studio that respects your time, prioritizes true flow, and GENUINELY cares about the people in the room, I can’t recommend them enough.

April 17, 2026 at 2:06 pmFrom the moment I walked in, I felt it.
Helpful ReviewI was warmly greeted, genuinely connected with, and instantly felt seen by the person at the front desk. The energy of the studio was calm, grounded, and welcoming. Later I found out it was the owner who greeted me, and it makes complete sense because the space feels intentionally held.
I took a Yin Yoga class with Leah, and I absolutely adore her. She is the kind of teacher you feel like you can instantly connect with. At the same time, she knows exactly how to hold the energy of the room. Her presence is steady, confident, and calming, which made the whole space feel safe, soothing, and deeply supportive. I Love how she shared little bits of wisdom throughout class. They landed at exactly the right moments, and I left feeling inspired, cared for and a lot lighter. I highly recommend!

April 17, 2026 at 2:06 pmI have practiced at a lot of different studios and Santosha has been one of my best experience so far. It has a feel like one of those hi tech modern YogaPod-style spaces blended with traditional elements. The app is super easy to use and sign up for classes and workshops. I appreciate the convenience of the cabinets at the front of the studio, for storing your shoes and other personal items. The actual practice space is perfect, it has digitized climate control for heat and humidity. I like that the there’s both a front and back entrance, and the restroom and weight rack is just outside the back. The instructors are all great, and change up their classes often. I am used to Ashtanga/“traditional” yoga which Santosha has, as their Flow class, but they have more intermediate and advanced classes if you’re looking for an actual workout, like Glow and Empower. The HIIT class is the most intense thing I do all week, it’s called Flex but I told the instructor it should be called “Surge” or “Octane” or something, your heart rate definitely gets up on the orange zone. I never had done yoga with weights before but it’s fantastic (and most of the classes do not have weights or weights are always optional if that’s not your thing). I’ve been coming for six months or so now and am in incredible shape, especially my core. Kelly the owner is so great and I appreciate she’s created such a wonderful, vibrant community here in Parker, conveniently just off Parker Road so easy to get to.

April 17, 2026 at 2:06 pmI just stumbled across this adorable little boutique style yoga studio. I have spent some time attending every class offering over the span of a few weeks and love them all. The instructors are all different enough for variety but consistent enough for a new yogi not to get lost.
Helpful ReviewThe studio smells like a high end spa every time I go in. Even the heated and humidified classes don’t retain the smell of the work out class members receive!
The humidifiers are such a luxury along with the heat in the “glow” and other heated classes.
The instructors are all very welcoming and helpful as I learn the poses and adapt to the different styles.
Thank you for such an exceptional yoga experience!
