April 16, 2026 at 9:40 amThe most powerful, amazing, inspirational place and people you will ever experience! This 5-day yoga-meditation retreat with Tias and Surya on developing a self-practice was by far the most moving AND practical retreat I’ve been blessed to attend. Being surrounded by a sangha of like-minded people sharing their love, struggles and wisdom was nourishing and rejuvenating, a much-needed “re-boot” to focus my intentions and clear my busy mind. Yoga, meditation, dharma talks, delicious healthy food, incredible scenery…We are already planning our next visit. GO!!!
