April 15, 2026 at 9:42 amJanuary YTT. This course is for people who want a very very traditional HATHA yoga experience. Yogi Hari is also a musical Master! Lots of Kirtans, and Mantras and Chanting. A healthy musical experience and many philosophic opportunities. The people that get the most of this course come with no expectations and don’t want to learn “westernized culture yoga”. It’s equal parts physical and spiritual.
The course here is meant as a devotion to yourself and to grow your spirituality and self-reflection. Some people don’t care for Guru’s no nonsense and blunt approach. Some people don’t want to contribute back to the Ashram in the form of “karma yoga” or understand the value of labor as a mediation in itself.
After taking the course, the negative reviews I’ve read reflect people who brought their burdens with them and wanted someone else to carry their baggage instead of doing their own heavy lifting. I think those people like to point a lot of fingers in their lives and take very little accountability for themselves. Guru doesn’t waste his time catering to those types of people or try to convince them otherwise.
Yogi Hari is a full traditionalist in his philosophy and teachings. This course is for everyone that wants to experience yoga in its most basic, complete and pure form, his own Sampoorna Hatha yoga. Hari does a good job giving you the tools to open all the many doors of yoga by the time you leave.
It’s only 200hrs in 2 weeks. Don’t expect to be able to fully grasp what all of yoga or spirituality is during that limited time. But you WILL leave feeling confident in your new Hatha Yoga knowledge and ability to share it and teach others. How you grow your yoga practice from there and what you leave with mentally is up to you.

April 15, 2026 at 9:42 amI stayed here in my late teens. I am now a 40 year grown man. When I stayed at the ashram for 6 months, Yogi Hari would sing beautiful bajans and I took care of and helped to build some of his orchard paradise.
Each day, we would meditate. Then yogi hari would stare between his eye brow chanting ” Om” then later during the day he’d be abusive and berrate myself, thow objects at me, and put me in my place. I lost much confidence and self-respect.
Since then, I have come along ways. However, seeing as how this man practically stabbed me in the gut during a vulnerable period, I would not even let him walk my dog, let alone trust my spiritual development to him.

April 15, 2026 at 9:42 amTeacher training with Adam & Guruji was an experience I will never forget. My daughters and I found Satsang, Sampoorna Hatha Yoga, and Ayurveda to be life changing. Karma yoga was sweaty and fun! Food was delicious! 200 hour training was a bargain at $1,000. Om, Shanti! -Amanda (Parvati)

April 15, 2026 at 9:42 amWonderful Ashram with amazing yoga instructors, sat-sang with a living Guru, divine music and chanting by Yogi Hari and Rasa. Oh, did I mention the food…..fresh, nutritious, tasty, and cooked with love. Vegetarian. Gluten-free. Amazing Sampoorna Yoga practice and teacher certification, and they had a Yoga Nidra training during my stay too. Everything about this immersion was beautiful. Do yourself a favor sign up here for YTT or Karma Yoga. You’ll be glad you did. Stu “Suddha” Smith

April 15, 2026 at 9:42 amIt is a unique experience to be at the Ashram and in the presence of a real master like Guruji Yogi Hari. He is an ocean of knowledge that I can not exhaust in this lifetime. With passion and devotion he generously and lovingly shares his knowledge and his home and daily life to inspire us to evolve on our path. Every time I come here he helps me to change my life and myself to the better. This brought more health, happiness, joy, peace, focus, efficency, better discrimination, richer relationships and more selfknowledge into my life. His teachings correspond with my inner truth and he helps me to find answers to all of my questions. The holistic Sampoorna Yoga System gives so many means on so many levels for better health, peace of mind and for balancing my whole personality and for revealing my potentials. The Ashram is a wonderful place like an oasis with a huge garden full of fruits and vegetables to enjoy and to nurse. The work in the garden is very healing and enjoyable. It’s a peaceful place with beautiful landscape, ideal to renounce from the busy worldly life and to recover and get new inspiration. The loving people and atmosphere here help immediately to see the bright sight of life. When you come here you should definitely take a photograph in the beginning and at the end of your stay and observe the difference 😉
