April 14, 2026 at 5:10 pmThis is truly a magical place for every pregnant woman. I cannot recommend it enough. I have been coming here almost my entire pregnancy and it is hard to put into words how it makes me feel. You really just have to try it and experience prenatal yoga for yourself.
I have been practicing yoga for years, but to be honest I never fully understood why I always kept coming back to it until now. During pregnancy you can feel so confused and scared. You have so many questions and fears about everything, especially if it is your first pregnancy. This place helped me feel safe, supported, prepared and free from anxiety.
In these classes you are surrounded by other pregnant women who are going through the same experience. You realize that you are not alone and you do not have to go through this alone. You strengthen your inner world, which is so important during this time.
Deb and all the other yoga teachers are incredibly kind, understanding and truly aware of what we are going through. Prenatal yoga has been the best investment I could have given myself during this pregnancy.

April 14, 2026 at 5:10 pmMy experience at PYC has been truly exceptional. Every time I walk into class, I switch off my mind and simply enjoy the moment as I stretch and move my body. I always leave feeling so much better, and every instructor is wonderful. It has been one of the most joyful and rewarding experiences during my pregnancy. I highly recommend it!

April 14, 2026 at 5:10 pmA real gem! PYC has great yoga classes, but also a wonderful community of people. The prenatal classes absolutely helped me to prepare my body for giving birth (way more than the birthing class I took elsewhere!). I am now enjoying the postnatal classes, both for the yoga and for meeting other new parents.
Helpful ReviewThey also offer tons of helpful workshops, such as infant CPR.

April 14, 2026 at 5:10 pmI take yoga here and also just did Body Ready Birth! Love the paradigm that movement and birthing can make the process more easeful! Love that they encourage conscientiousness throughout and can’t wait to deliver my baby using what I’ve learned.

April 14, 2026 at 5:10 pmThis is the best studio you can find for prenatal yoga. You’ll find so much more than just yoga here. PYC gave me a true sense of community. I made great friends and meaningful connections and even got helpful hospital tips, doctor recommendations, and the option to take birth classes and access other resources all in one place. Every teacher made my day better. I can’t wait to be back with all of you for postnatal classes 🤍
