Aerial yoga is so fun! This is definitely a new experience for me. It requires more controls of your body than regular yoga does, and for a beginner, it could be a little challenging. But Alysia is so patient and detailed in the instructions, which definitely helped me feel more confident in the first experience of aerial yoga and enjoyed it a lot.

I did the yoga and Pilates classes and got the most amazing full body workouts! I feel like a new person with a new body after Veronica’s and Gia’s classes. They are super friendly and fun! They pushed me and got me to do a lot more than I had in me. I had a great time feeling the burn, stretching and getting the tightness and kinks out of my body. I felt like a little kid on a playground swinging in the hammocks. I highly recommend Swet studio.

I went to the 630 aerial beginner class oct 23 and it was a complete waste of time and money. We did some ab excercises which in all honestly i couldve just done at home in 5 mins (mostly hollow holds but on the hammock so like i guess but nah) and wouldve gotten the same workout. We did one flip, that took like 20 mins to explain but it couldve taken like 5 at most i swear and two things hanging down that took the other 30 (both together 5 mins imo), and thats it. The teacher spent way too much time talking. She explained that she had to teach us how to get out of a position and instead of just showing us she went on to tell us a story of how some person couldnt get out of it and yelled help mid class, which i think 1 wastes time and 2 makes everyone feel self conscious if they need help. Didnt even get sweaty and i was wearing a sweater. 0/10 for workout purposes. I guess it is a beginner class but come on, we all learn faster than this

I’ve been taking classes at SWET for a few years and I absolutely love it. All of the instructors and staff are incredibly welcoming. They care to keep you safe and encourage your progress. I am still NOT good at it but I have been very happy at every small milestone. The vibe of the studio is also cozy and cool…excellent for photos :). Aerial can seem intimidating (and I am
still fighting my own fears!) but I 100% encourage you to give it a try AND stick it out for a bit if it feels a little scary at first. You don’t need to get to the point of being an expert – just have fun and get upside down!

I’ve been practicing for a few years, and I love trying new studios. I decided to try Swet, and was glad I did. Veronika was a wonderful teacher, she spoke clearly and the class flowed nicely. I left feeling rejuvenated and looking forward to more classes. The studio is clean and face masks are required, it gives me peace of mind they take health seriously, all around. I recommend trying this studio no matter if you’re a beginner or seasoned flyer, the instructors are helpful and friendly 🤸
